Das Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock unserer Maisonette-Wohnung (Remise), mit Blick auf den grünen und sehr ruhigem Hinterhof. Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster und ein Oberlicht, dadurch ist es schön hell. Momentan ist es teilmöbliert (Kommoden und Bett), eventuell können Möbel übernommen werden, muss aber auf jeden Fall nicht sein. Da finden wir im Zweifelsfall bestimmt eine Lösung.
The room is on the first floor of our maisonette apartment (consisting of a ground floor and a first floor), with a view of the very quiet and green backyard. The room is quite bright due to the fairly big window and a skylight. The room is currently partially furnished (bed and drawers). There might be an option to keep some of the furniture, but it's definitely not a must.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Hinterhof an der Müllerstraße und ist dadurch sowohl sehr ruhig, als auch sehr zentral gelegen. ÖPNV (U6, U9, Ringbahn) und Läden wie Supermärkte, Drogerien, aber auch ein schöner Wochenmarkt und Cafés sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Der Hinterhof ist das Highlight an unserer Wohnung: ruhig, grün, mit Platz zum selber-gestalten verbringen wir im Sommer den Großteil unserer Zeit auf der großen Terrasse oder am Gartentisch unter der Kastanie.
The apartment is located in the second backyard of an apartment building on Müllerstraße, which means it's both very calm, but also very close to supermarkets, cafés and a market. Several transport options (U6, U9 and Ringbahn) are very close by, and Mitte is only a 10 minutes away by bike. The highlight of the flat is our backyard: it's very quiet and very green, and we tend to spend most summer days either on our large terrasse or hanging out under the large chestnut tree.
Uns ist ein harmonisches, entspanntes Zusammenleben wichtig, in dem auf die Bedürfnisse der anderen geachtete wird. Wir kochen gerne zusammen (vegetarisch) und unternehmen im Sommer Ausflüge, brauchen aber auch beide mal Zeit für uns. Wir sind beide berufstätig und mögen unsere Wohnung aufgeräumt und sauber, sind aber nicht fanatisch was das angeht. Wir suchen nach einer neuen dritten Person mit der wir uns wohlfühlen. Da sich mittelfristig die Konstellation vielleicht nochmal verändern wird sind wir offen für kurzfristiges und langfristiges Zusammenleben.
We care about living together in a harmonious relaxed way, respecting each other's needs. We enjoy cooking and exploring the city together, but we also both need time for ourselves from time to time. We both work full-time and like our apartment tidy and clean, but are not fanatic about it. As one of us might move out in the mid-term future, are open to short-term and long-term cohabitation.
