Zimmer 1 ist ca. 14 qm groß und besitzt einen großen integrierten Einbauschrank.
Zimmer 2 ist ca. 22 qm groß und hat einen Balkon.
Beide Zimmer haben einen Dielenboden und sind nach Südwesten ausgerichtet, daher auch sehr hell :)
Die Wohnung hat neben den 3 Schlafzimmern auch ein großes und helles Wohnzimmer.

Room 2 is about 22 sqm and has a balcony.
Both rooms have a fnice wooden florr and are oriented to the southwest, therefore also very bright :)
In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the apartment also has a large and bright living room.
Du bist in 3 min bei der U Osloer Straße, wo die U 8 und U 9 fahren.
Außerdem ist S Gesundbrunnen auch nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten (kaufland, lidl & rewe) sind ebenfalls fußläufig in ca. 7 min erreichbar.

S Gesundbrunnen is also only 10 minutes away on foot.
Groceries (kaufland, lidl & rewe) are also within walking distance in about 7 min.
We have to leave our apartment on July 31st, because the daughter of our landlady moves into the apartment and our rent was only limited. Maybe there is a chance to expand the time till end of August but that’s not sure yet. Right now there are three of us living in the apartment, but Anni and I have already found something new for long term, so we would like to sublet our two rooms for the rest of the time. (June 1st or 15th – July 31st)
Laura, who still lives there, is a good friend of us. She works as a freelance theater maker and is currently applying for a PhD position.
The apartment has three bedrooms and a large living room. The rent would be €460 per room per month.
Anni will leave her bed + a shelf in the room, I will leave my bed + a big built-in closet.
