in unserer WG im Wedding wird zum 01. August ein Zimmer frei. Wir suchen also kurzfristig eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer das frei wird, ist bereits möbliert (siehe Fotos, du kannst es natürlich einrichten wie du Lust hast) und bietet vom 4.Stock aus, eine nette Sicht aufs Viertel.
Ansonsten siehst du auf den Bildern wie das Zimmer aussieht.
Darüber hinaus gibt es 3 weitere WG-Zimmer (eines davon mit Balkon), ein Gästezimmer, 2 Bäder und eine Küche mit Spül- und Wachmaschine in unserer WG.

Hello,
in our flat-sharing community in Wedding a room will become available on 01 August. We are looking for a new roommate at short notice.
The room that will be free, is already furnished (see photos, you can of course furnish it as you like) and offers from the 4th floor, a nice view of the neighborhood.
Otherwise you can see on the pictures how the room looks like.
Furthermore, there are 3 more shared rooms (one of them with a balcony), a guest room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with a dishwasher and a security guard in our shared apartment.
Lage: Von hier aus ist eigentlich alles gut zu erreichen.
5 Minuten von hier ist ein Netto zum Einkaufen, 10 Minuten ein Rewe.
Die U6, U9 und die M10 sind hier alle um die Ecke, nicht einmal 10 Gehminuten von unserer Wohnung entfernt.
Die SBahn Station Wedding ist 15 Gehminuten von hier entfernt oder eine Ubahn Station vom Leopoldplatz.
Der Berliner Hauptbahnhof und der Alexanderplatz sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.
Man kommt von hier ganz gut in alle anderen Stadtteile von Berlin.
Ansonsten gibt es hier in den umliegenden Straßen auch einige Möglichkeiten abends etwas Essen zu gehen oder um sich einen Drink zu gönnen.

5 minutes from here is a Netto for shopping, 10 minutes a Rewe.
The U6, U9 and the M10 are all around the corner here, not even 10 minutes walk from our apartment.
The SBahn station Wedding is 15 minutes walk from here or one Ubahn station from Leopoldplatz.
Berlin's main train station and Alexanderplatz can be reached by public transport in 25 minutes.
You can get to all other parts of Berlin quite easily from here.
Otherwise, there are also some possibilities to go out for dinner or a drink in the surrounding streets.
In unserer WG wohnen Ines, Hauke und Andi,
Ines ist Studentin und hat zuvor 2 Jahre in Indien gelebt, bevor sie nach Berlin gezogen ist.
Hauke und Andi arbeiten beide für Parteien in Berlin.
Hauke und Ines kochen ab und zu, Andi etwas weniger. Manchmal bestellen wir auch einfach was oder sitzen abends auch mal aufn Bier oder Wein zusammen.
Kurzum kann man sagen, dass wir alle 3 sehr entspannte Zeitgenossen sind, wir wollen ja hier auch keinen Roman verfassen.
Es ist also egal, ob du schon hier in Berlin lebst, neu hierherziehst, arbeitest oder studierst. Wir freuen uns auf eine nette, entspannte und saubere Mitbewohnerin 🤗

Hauke and Ines cook from time to time, Andi a little less. Sometimes we just order something or sit together for a beer or wine in the evening.
In short, you can say that we are all 3 very relaxed contemporaries, we do not want to write a novel here.
So it doesn't matter if you already live here in Berlin, if you just moved here, if you are working or studying. We are looking forward to a nice, relaxed and clean roommate 🤗
