The room is 16 qm big, clean and has lots of natural light during the day. It is one of the 3 rooms in a 105 qm flat with 1 big dining room/living room and balcony. The whole flat was completely renovated in 2020. There is one huge bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a smaller guest toilet. The flat is equipped with everything you need for the time staying here, i.e washing machine, fridge, kitchen tools, etc. The room will be available with an IKEA BRIMNES bed frame (140x200), without mattress.
The flat is located in Sprengelkiez in Wedding-Mitte. There are many nice bars, restaurants, EDEKA in walking distance. The closest public transport stations are bus 142 (2 mins walk), U-bahn station Amrumer Straße (7 mins walk), and S U Wedding (10 mins walk).
I am moving out of Berlin so I would like to sublet my room for a month, with possibility to extend, but city registration (Anmeldung) is not possible for one month stay. You will be sharing the common space with 2 other German guys. Wilhelm is the owner of the flat, 26 years old, working mostly in Switzerland and will be home 2-3 days a week. Linus is 23 years old, studying Law at FU and will be doing his first Staatsexam next year. For us being clean and tidy is very important, and we would not want to have parties in the flat regularly. Dinner gatherings, however, are encouraged :) Please also be aware that we are not looking to have a Zweck-WG but spending some quality time together with activities in the evening or weekends would be great.
About you: Girl, 23 - 30 years old, preferably German, studying Law or Medicine.
