Das Zimmer ist groß, hat hohe Decken, und hat durch die Süd-Ost-Ausrichtung der Fenster tagsüber viel licht. Es ist mit einem Doppelbett, einem großen Schreibtisch, einer Kleiderstange und mit zwei großen Wandregalen möbeliert. Das Zimmer hat einen privaten Balkon, worauf geraucht werden kann. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt groß, wir haben 3 Zimmer, einen langen Flur, ein großes Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne und eine große Küche.
I am subletting my altbau room in a flat share with a private balcony from the 06.10- 17.10, it's suitable for 1-2 people. The room is big, with high ceilings, and the south east facing windows provide a lot of light. The room is furnished with a double bed, a large desk, a clothing rack and and two large wall shelves. The room has a private balcony, on which you can smoke. The apartment is large, we have 3 rooms, a long hallway, a large bathroom with windows and a bathtub and a large kitchen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Leopoldplatz auf der U9 und U6, mit vielen Buslinien und Läden nah angebunden. 10 Minuten von HBF entfernt, eine Station von der RIngbahn entfernt.
The apartment is located directly at Leopoldplatz (Subway lines U9 and U6), with many bus stops and amenities close by. 10 minutes away from central station, one stop away from the ring line.

Wir sind eine 3er WG, und ernähren uns alle vegan, wenn du auch vegan bist wäre das perfekt. Meine MitbewohnerInnen studieren und arbeiten beide und sind daher oft aus dem Haus. Die Wände meines Zimmers sind ziemlich dünn, deswegen suche ich eine ruhige Person. Leider ist unsere Waschmaschine im moment defekt!
We are a 3 person flat share, and we are all vegan, so it would be perfect if you are too. My flatmates are students and both work, therefore they are often out of the house. The walls of my room are pretty thin, so I am looking for someone who is quiet. Unfortunately our washing machine is currently out of order!
