The room has 23 m2 and is unfurnished so can be set up to your own desires. Also, wanted, you can paint the walls in any color you’d like (apart black😅).
It faces the interior backyard so its very quite during the night and also sunny during the day. Flat has a spacious kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony as common area.
It is located on the 4th floor. 4min walking to U6 Seestraße, 10min to U9 Amrumer Straße and around 15min to the S-Bahn Wedding.
Lots of stores around (supermarkets, kneipes, gyms, restaurants) and a lovely park just a few meters from the house.
We are Ansgar (german), Andrea (peruvian) and Pipo (shitzhu mix). A couple and its dog living in a cozy flat in Wedding.
Andrea works mostly from home so Pipo and her are always around. Ansgar goes regularly to the office but sometimes also works from home. We enjoy cooking together, going on walks with Pipo or having a beer while watching series/movies/football. If you think this could be your future flat and you would love to share the space with a fluffy pal, send us a message :)
