- Clean, quiet and tidy place.
- Large bedroom filled with sun (South exposure). Very quiet and enjoyable (courtyard side). Entirely furnished: comfortable double bed, desk, bedlinens, blankets...
- Large and very clean bathroom with washing-machine.
- Fully equipped kitchen with small sofa and afternoon sun.
- Nobody living above.
- Courtyard with bench.
- Gesundbrunnen neighbourhood (in Wedding very near Prenzlauerberg): central, green and very well connected.
- Two big parks, a swimming pool and a canal near by.
- The lake Plotzensee is 6 min. away by tram. There is a nice beach there.
- Artists studios "Uferhallen", the center for contemporary dance "Uferstudios" and a couple of nice coffee places - "Kater and Goldfish", "Dujardin" - around the corner by the Panke canal.
- Many shopping options: supermarkets, an organic market, a flea market and Gesundbrunnen mall within walking distance. Small convenience store (Späti) downstairs, with tables outside.
- Many places where to eat: the best Thai place in Berlin, as well as delicious Korean, Chinese Libanese and of course Türkish food.
- Very well connected: Osloer station 3 min. walk away (U8 and U9 + 2 tram lines) - 6 min. to Prenzlauerberg - 8 min. to Alexanderplatz - 10 min. to Zoologischer Garten.
- Three bedrooms are available (the whole flat). A good opportunity if you want to move in with friends otherwise it's possible to rent just one room
