Has access to a beautiful backyard, not facing the street so no sound pollution.
Conveniently located with shops and numerous restaurants nearby. Kaufland, Edeka, and Lidl all 1min away. Bus stop right infront of the building, S-bahn very close.
You will share the apartment with 2 others, one boy from India and 1 girl from Malaysia. The building has a great community and often have parties in the common area on the weekends or on occassion. You will feelright athome from day 1, just as I did. They are super helpful.
The rent is per month and will be adjusted as per the agreed duration. Deposit will be returned immediately upon my return and inspection to see that everything is in order. Rent 650 Euros, NO additional costs, everything is covered. Please drop me an email with some information about yourself, what you do, why you are in Berlin, and socials (preferably IG). I will show the apartment via video call, visits possible with appointments.
