We are subletting 3 of 4 rooms in our beloved sunny WG for about 3 month. We are only subletting for the whole 3 month in one piece.
Those rooms are:
12 sqm with bunkbed for 500 € (Room 3)
22 sqm for 600 € (Room 1)
22 sqm with balcony for 650 € (Room 2)
If you happen to have a friend who would like to live here as well, this could also be possible.
The apartment is located close to U Leopoldplatz, so you will be at Hauptbahnhof in 10min, Friedrichsstr. in 6min, and at the Messe/Bus Station in 15min. Very close is a bi-weekly Turkish vegetable market (Genter Markt), a bi-weekly farmers market (on Leopoldplatz) and also a weekly Fleamarket(also on Leopoldplatz). Wedding also has nice "Kieze" with Hip Cafes & Bars, a wide variety of Restaurants. The "Plötzensee" & huge Park/Forest "Rehberge" are also just a 15min stroll away and many smaller parks & water surfaces (like the "panke" or spree canal) are close by.
