I am looking for someone to sublet for the period mentioned. There is a beautifully furnished room in a typical Berlin old building. The room has a double bed, a sofa, a desk and a sunny balcony. The area is very quit and it feels like a cozy holiday place. There is a large kitchen and a large bathroom. It is a renovated Altbau on the 2nd floor.

From the balcony you have a beautiful view with lots of greenery. The balcony faces south, so sun all day, if the son is shining :). The Schillerpark can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot. Otherwise the Schäfersee is a 5-minute walk away. The underground station Franz-Neumann-Platz (u 8) is about 7 minutes away on foot. Alternatively, the Luise-Schröder-Platz tram stop is a 9-minute walk away. A Lidl and Edeka are about 5 minutes away on foot.

I am looking for a responsible person to sublet the flat. It should be clear that the property will be well looked after and that our privacy will be respected. It should also be clear that other people (families and elderly people) live in the house and that they should be treated with respect.
