Hallo ihr Lieben,
Wir haben ein Zimmer frei, im Januar bis Mitte Februar mit der Option für Verlängerung bis Ende März. Wenn ihr also ein Praktikum oder was ähnliches in Berlin macht, schreibt uns gerne mal!
Es ist eine gemütliche und sehr ruhige Wohnung, im Erdgeschoss, mit zwei freundlichen und unkomplizierten Mitbewohnerinnen. Die nächstgelegene Station ist die S-Bahn Wollankstraße. In der Nähe gibt es der Fluss Panke und einen schönen Garten zum Spazierengehen, sowie ganz in der Nähe Pizza, Döner, Bäcker, Supermärkte und Apotheke alle innerhalb von 5 min zu Fuß.
Wg ist sauber, früh aufstehen - früh schlafen Rhythmus, selbständig einkaufen und teilen. Idealer Ort, um sich zurückzuziehen, um auszuruhen oder um sich auf die Arbeit zu konzentrieren. Nicht gut für Party, weil im Haus viele ältere Leute wohnen. Rauchen könnt ihr hinten im Garten. Zimmer ist knapp 20m2, Möbiliert.

we have a room free for January, until middle of Febuary and maybe longer until end of March. So if you have an internship or something similar in Berlin, write us a message!

It is a comfortable and quiet place, on groundfloor, with two friendly and easygoing flatmates. The nearest station is Wollankstrasse S-Bahn. Nearby there is the Panke river and a nice garden to walk by, as well as very near pizza, kebab, bakery, supermarkets and Apotheke all within 5 min walk.
Wg is clean, early up - early sleep, independent buy and share. Ideal place to withdraw to rest or to focus on some work. No good for party, non smoking wg.
