- Das Zimmer hat 18qm, ist sehr hell mit zwei schönen großen Altbau Fenstern
- Nicht für Tierhaarallergiker:innen geeignet (ich habe einen Hund)
- Ins Zimmer wurde ein Hochbett eingebaut, man kann aber auch auf der unteren Etage schlafen. Sehr praktisch für Besuch
- Wir sind eine bunt gemischte 6er WG, angenehm links grün versifft
- Wichtig: Kein Platz für sämtliche -ismen!!!
- Wir rauchen nicht viel, aber es ist grundsätzlich in der ganzen WG erlaubt
- Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer
- Feiern alle sehr gerne, aber sind keine Party WG
- Du musst nicht vegetarisch/vegan sein, aber akzeptieren, dass zuhause kein Fleisch zubereitet wird
- Wir sind irre gut an die Öffis angebunden (Ring und U in 5min erreichbar)
- Viele von uns sind im Februar auf Reisen, daher erwartet dich eine neue WG-Konstellation
- Besichtigungstermin ist der 11. Januar um 19:30 Uhr (optimal in Persona, notfalls geht auch online)
- Miete: 470€ warm mit Internet und Pipapo, für den gesamten Zeitraum 770€
- Zwischenmietvertrag ohne Anmeldung
- Schreibe im Betreff von wann bis wann du das Zimmer mieten würdest und im Text ein paar Zeilen zu dir

- Please understand that we cannot answer all enquiries. Requests for the entire period are preferred -
- The room has 18sqm, is very bright with two nice big old windows.
- Not suitable for people allergic to animal hair (I have a dog)
- A bunk bed has been built into the room, but you can also sleep on the lower floor. Very practical for visitors
- We are a mixed flat-sharing group of 6, politically left/green
- Important: No room for all -isms!!!
- We don't smoke much, but it is generally allowed in the whole flat
- We have a big living room
- We all like to party, but we are not a party flat
- You don't have to be vegetarian/vegan, but accept that there is no meat cooking at home.
- We are very well connected to the public transport system (Ring and U are 5 minutes away).
- Many of us are travelling in February, so a new flat constellation awaits you.
- Visiting date is 11 January at 7:30pm (ideally in person, online is also possible if necessary)
- Rent: 470€ warm with Internet, for the whole period 770€.
