Hey everyone,
The apartment has 100qm, Altbau on the first floor. There are three rooms (bedroom, study with a desk where you can work and a living room) and a balcony with a view to the church next door. The kitchen is fully equipped and has the most comfortable kitchen couch!
Lage
It is located close to U 9 - Amrumer Straße, U6/M13/M50 - Seestraße and U6 / U9 Leopoldplatz and only 15 minutes by bus from central station. You can also reach Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg and even the Brandenburger Tor in 20 Min but can also be out in nature in Volkspark Rehberge in 10 Minutes. Of course there are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, cafés and everything one could think of around.
We are Jasmin and Jana having a cozy WG in the heart of Wedding.From end of January Jasmin will go travelling around and we are looking for someone moving in.
I know its just for some weeks, but I am looking for someone who is also interested into socialicing and living together. It would be lovely if you're also into a chat or activities together and caring about the flat. So if you're looking for a Zweck-WG it might not be a fit.
