Das Zimmer hat eine Fläche von 35 qm. Ist schön hell und geräumig. Hat einen Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt im Weddinger Sprengelkiez. Es gibt zahlreiche Bars Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die näheste U-Bahn Station ist Leopoldplatz ansonsten ist auch S Wedding nicht weit (dort fährt die Ringbahn)
Mein Name ist Anna, bin 30 Jahre alt und arbeite als Logopädin. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Berlin. Wohne aktuell noch in einer anderen WG in Schöneberg. Da mir die Wohnung dort allerdings zu teuer und zu klein Ist, ziehe ich ab Februar in die hier inserierte Wohnung. Ich bin relativ viel unterwegs (Arbeit, Freunde usw.) freue mich aber trotzdem, wenn man sich gut versteht und auch mal zusammen sitzt oder was unternimmt. Am Wochenende ist mein kleiner Hund immer bei mir.
Bilder sende ich gern bei näherem Interesse persönlich zu. Die Wohnung stwht aktuell noch leer da ich selbst erst im Februar einziehe. Ich weiß die Wohnung „versprüht“ gerade noch einen gewissen Ende 90er Anfang 2000er „Chic“ den ich auf jeden Fall in den nächsten Wochen noch beseitigen will. Esstisch und Stühle besorge ich die Tage noch. Ansonsten ist alles da (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine....)
