Hi there!
I'm subletting one room in my apartement in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen.
Please Note: I am NOT looking for a full time flatmate! This is just a temporary sublet. I'm thinking 6 to 9 month tops.
However I am open to discuss on how long you want/ need to stay.
The room is bright, newly painted and furnished as you can see in the pictures :)
It's ca. 15 sqm.
Just outside the door is a tram Haltestelle ( M13, 50) and a Bus Stop (M27).
U-Bhf Pankstr. (U8) is 5 minutes walking distance. U Osloer Str. (U9) is 10 minutes walking distance. Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen is 15 minutes walking distance where one can take the Ringbahn or Regionalbahn or other S-Bahn lines.
I live with my daughter in a 3 room apartement and we want to sublet our third room. We are looking for a temporary flatmate. (We can discuss for how long you want/need to stay) We are very friendly, neat & chaotic (yes, it can coexist ;)) fun and open-minded people who are looking for someone who is in Berlin for Erasmus, an internship or lifes/works between two cities or whatever reason you have to be in town ;)
Most of the time we're out working, at Kindergarten, in Uni, participating in afternoon Hobbies or meeting friends. But of course we also enjoy a Sunday in and on the couch.
We are looking for someone who is living their own life, so Zweck-WG would be ok as long as their is a mutual respect/ politeness for each others needs.
We are vegetarians, but you are totally free to enjoy whatever food you like.
My daughter and I are both comfortable with speaking english or german :) ... and we do own a small dog (12 years)
