Hallo Suchende Person :)
Ich gehe für 5 Monate für ein Praktikum nach Brüssel und deshalb wird in meiner tollen WG ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m2 groß und möbliert mit Schrank, Bett und Couch (das Kallax-Regal auf dem Foto kommt noch raus und die Couch is optional).
Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und das Bad ist schön hell und angenehm groß.
Wir wohnen direkt unterm Dach (5.OG) und die Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne Dachterasse (die über eines der anderen drei Zimmer zu erreichen ist). Die Wohnung liegt im Wedding in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Unser WG-Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt. Wir hängen regelmäßig zusammen ab, in der Wohnung und außerhalb, wobei wir auch viel Rückzug brauchen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen: Keine Zweck-WG aber auch keine Party-WG.
Jimmy, dein einer künftiger Mitbewohne*r, ist ein Herz. Musik und Manga-Nerd und immer down für einen Witz und guten Diskussion über linke politische Themen.
Julian, dein zweiter künftiger Mitbewohner, ist auch gerade frisch in die WG gezogen.
Grundsätzlich gibt es im Zusammenleben viel Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten. Bring dich gerne ein!

Hello potential new flatmate :)
I'm going to Brussels for 5 months for an internship and therefore a room is available in my great shared apartment.
The room is about 15m2 and furnished with wardrobe, bed, and couch (the Kallax shelf on the photo is coming out, and the couch is optional).
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is nice and bright and pleasantly large.
We live directly under the roof (5th floor) and the apartment has a beautiful roof terrace (which is accessible via one of the other three rooms). The apartment is in Wedding on a quiet side street with good public transport connections and shopping facilities nearby.
Our WG cohabitation is very relaxed. We hang out together regularly, in the apartment and outside, although we also need time to ourselves. To sum it up, it's not a "Zweck" - flat share, but it's not a party flat share either.
Jimmy, your one future roommate, is just lovely. They are Music and manga nerd and are always down for a joke and a good discussion about left-wing politics.
Julian, your second future flatmate, has also just moved into the WG.
