Hi there,
From mid-July/August I will be organising an international Co-Living for three tenants.
The tenants should be between 20-38 y.o., non-smoking and preferably professionals in a start-up and/or tech industry for common interests and lifestyle.
Apartment
Apartment is equipped with fiber-optic internet of up to 1000 Mbit/sec, has three big separate (and lockable) rooms, which makes it perfect for co-living and home office.
There is a fully equipped and brand-new kitchen with a dining area as well as a shared balcony facing green backyard.
A big bathroom has a washing machine, bathtub and a walk-in shower (behind the wall).
The rooms are partially furnished. There is more space in the hallway for additional closets as well as a storage unit in the basement. Safe roofed parking space for bikes is available at the back yard.
Location
Apartment is located in Weißensee district, 5 mins walk from Prenzlauer Berg. It is right across from lake Weißensee - great for walks, jogging or swimming.
A tram station is in 3 minutes walk. Multiple tram lines bring you within 15 minutes to Hackescher Markt & Alex, Elberswalder Str. /Mauerpark/ Rosenthaler Platz, Boxhagener Platz, etc. Though, there are bars and restaurants available in the area.
What is included
All is included in warm rent, except the electricity contract that you will need to organise yourself. Estimate is ca. 25 €/m p.p.
