Hej hier ist Esther, für die Zeit meines Praktikums suche ich noch nach einer Untermiete ☼
Mein Zimmer ist 12qm groß und hat einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Durch die große Balkontür ist es tagsüber sehr hell. Ich würde es komplett möbliert vermieten, du musst dich also um nichts kümmern! Mein Zweitbildschirm bleibt auch da, falls du mal Homeoffice machst oder für die Uni lernen musst :)
Die WG liegt im Komponistenviertel in Weißensee. Die M4 bringt dich in 20 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz und die M12 zur Eberswalder. Die 13 braucht ca. 30 Minuten zur Warschauer Straße. Zudem liegt die WG nah zur Ringbahnstation S-Greifswalder.
Der Weißensee ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe alles was du brauchst und jeden Di und Fr einen Markt auf den Antonplatz.
Unser WG Leben ist sehr entspannt. Wir sitzen abends gerne mal spontan zusammen, aber natürlich braucht jeder auch mal Zeit für sich. Wie du wahrscheinlich überall hier liest - alles kann nichts muss.
Steffen und Jonny sind mir sehr ans Herz gewachsen und wirklich super liebe und hilfsbereite Menschen die immer ein offenes Ohr haben. Du kannst dich hier auf jeden Fall wohlfühlen!
Unsere Vermieterin fordert eine Haftpflichtversicherung, ansonsten würde ich einen normalen Untermietvertrag aufsetzen.
Eine Besichtigung ist online oder auch spontan in Person möglich, wenn du das gerne möchtest :)
Die Zeiten können wir ggf auch noch etwas anpassen, wenn du nur 6 Wochen in Berlin bist ist das auch kein Ding, das bekommen wir hin :))

Hey this is Esther, I'm still looking for a sublet for the duration of my internship ☼
My room is 12 square metres and has its own balcony with a view into the green. The large balcony door makes it very bright during the day. I would rent it out fully furnished, so you don't have to worry about anything! My second screen will also stay there in case you need to work from home or study for university :)
The flat share is located in the composers' quarter in Weißensee. The M4 will take you to Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes and the M12 to Eberswalder. The 13 takes about 30 minutes to Warschauer Straße. The flat share is also close to the Ringbahn S-Greifswalder station.
The Weißensee is only a 10-minute walk away. There is also everything you need nearby and a market on Antonplatz every Tuesday and Friday.
Our WG life is very relaxed. We like to sit together spontaneously in the evenings, but of course everyone needs time to themselves from time to time.
Steffen and Jonny are really lovely and helpful people who always have an open ear. You can definitely feel at home here!
Our landlady requires liability insurance, otherwise I would draw up a normal subletting contract.
A viewing is possible online or spontaneously in person if you like :)
We can also adjust the times if necessary, if you are only in Berlin for 6 weeks, that's not a problem, we can manage that :))
