The flat is located in the heart of Weißensee! It's located on the second floor and the room is fronting the backyard which is makes it pretty quiet.
The room is fully furnished so there is no need to buy any new stuff.
You have a king size bed, an empty wardrobe to fill as well as a TV with Chromcast. (Connecting phone with TV)
The flat has 3 rooms which means we even have a big living room because Eric and me are sharing the 3rd room.
The kitchen and the bathroom are also fully equipped. There is a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher to use.
We are all going to share one bathroom together which has a bathub.
The flat is directly located in front of the train station "Albertinenstraße". You only need one minute to go down and catch tghe train.
We have many shops close by such as groceries, drugstores and good restaurants.
There is such a big opportunity for low and high budget.
The lake (which is why the suburb is called like it is) is also only 5min away for the people who like having a walk or a little run.
We are Eric and Eve. Eric is 29 years old and I am 20. Eric just moved from France to Berlin a couple of months ago which is why we are only speaking english. Preferably we are looking for someone who is willing to speak English! We are a couple but we are still looking for a room mate who is not just living here but rather living with us. Of course everyone needs time to theirselves every now and then and we still have our own lives.
However, we would love to spend some nights together for example having a drink or cooking something together. We keep our apartment clean and tidy and we want it to stay that way. We are not crazy about cleaning so it's not a big deal if you don't wash your dishes right away! ;-)
