Wir haben hinter einem 2Familienhaus noch ein komplett saniertes Gartenhaus von 42qm verteilt auf 2-Zimmer verfügbar. Davon eines ein Durchlaufzimmer. Bitte nicht vom Begriff "Gartenhaus" abschrecken lassen. Das Gebäude ist wie eine kleine Wohnung. Massiv, Ordnungsgemäß gedämmt, ans Trink- und Abwasser erschlossen und mit Zentralheizung, Warmwasser gibt's natürlich auch.

Unser Garten umfasst fast 1000qm Gartenfläche mit div. Obstbäumen und 200qm Naturschutzgebiet. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit einer Teeküche und natürlich ein eigenes Bad. Waschmaschine und div. andere Elektrogeräte sind auch vorhanden.

Das ganze wäre dann für eine Einzelperson bei etwa 680 EUR warm, inkl. Nebenkosten UND MÖBLIERT pro Monat.
Die tatsächliche Warmmiete kann leicht variieren, da die Gaskosten nach Verbrauch zum Quartalsende (bzw. bei Auszug) fällig werden.
(Wir nehmen auch Paare oder WGs auf, die mit einem Durchlaufzimmer kein Problem hätten. Wegen erhöhter Betriebskosten steigt die monatl. Warmmiete um 50 EUR)
Bitte bedenke, es ist ein freistehendes Gartenhaus in einem richtigem Garten. Wenn du eine Insekten-Phobie hast, ist das Haus nichts für dich. Bitte keine Raucher, keine Haustiere und keine wilden Parties.

We have a big property and a free garden house as a living unit. It's like a cute 2-room-apartment of 42qm, which one room is a walk-through room.
The garden house is furnished, is completely isolated, connected to potable and drain water, has central heating and hot water.
Around the house we have about 1000 sqm garden, 200sqm of our own conservation area.

The next tram line is M4 which takes you to Ring in 10min and to AlexanderPlatz in 25min.

Rent: for a single pers. is 680 EUR per month and for a fully furnished household.
!!! The concrete rent depends on your gas consumption. Wich is due on every quarter (or when you move out) !!!

I also rent to couples or people who don't mind to live together with a walk-through room, the renting price is 50€ higher because of higher overheads.
If you want to rent short term or long term we can talk about that. Anmeldung is possible

Also consider please. It's a garden house in a real garden. If you can't deal with insects, bees, wesps or spiders this place is probably no option for you.

Gleich in der Nähe fährt die Tram M4. Mit dieser bist du in 10mins am Ring und in 25mins am Alex.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Arztpraxen und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind auch in nächster Umgebung vorhanden. Das Beste an unserer Lage ist der große Raum an Natur. Wir haben herrliche Seen, Naturschutzgebiet und Parks in unserem Stadteil, wo sich zu jeder Jahreszeit ein Spaziergang hin lohnt!

Our next tram line is M4 which takes you to Ring in 10min and to AlexanderPlatz in 25min.
We have lots of nature around our home which is worth to discover by walking or by bike. You can find great conservation area, lovely parks, countless lakes, small farms etc...
Of course shopping possibilities are not too far away. We have Lidl, Edeka and a big shopping mal 2 tram stations away.
Also you can find a fitness center, medical center and a movie theatre not far from here.
