Hey,
in unserer 4er WG wird zu Anfang April ein Zimmer frei (unmöbliert) und wir suchen eine/n entspannte Mitbewohner/in zur Zwischenmiete. Erstmal nur für zwei Monate, da es noch unklar ist wie es nach Mai mit der Wohnung&WG weitergeht; eventuell aber auch länger.
Dein neues Zimmer ist das größte der WG und geht nach Süden zur Straße. Es hat zwar als einziges Zimmer keinen Balkonzugang, dafür kannst du immer gerne die zwei Balkone der Wohnung mitbenutzen. Momentan gibt es eine Baustelle in unserer Straße und deswegen manchmal Baulärm, dafür ist es Abends und am Wochenende super ruhig.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche und zwei Bäder und ansonsten auch alles was mensch braucht.
Direkt ums Eck ist der Antonplatz, von wo du mit der Tram überall hin kommst. Geschäfte, (Bio)Supermärkte Restaurants etc sind zahlreich fußläufig erreichbar.
In der Nähe liegt der Weiße See, perfekt für Spaziergänge, ne Runde Laufen und vielleicht bald auch wieder zum Baden.
In der WG wohnen Paul, Sri und Daniel. Daniel und Paul studieren, Sri arbeitet als Freelancer. Uns ist ein respektvolles und harmonisches Miteinander wichtig und wir machen gerne Sachen in- und außerhalb der WG zusammen. Es wäre also cool wenn Lust auf WG hast und dich einbringen willst :-)
Hey there, we have a free room (unfurnished) in our 4er WG from beginning of April. It is not clear how the WG-situation will be after Mai, so the room short-termed for two month, but may eventually be also for longer.
The room has 23qm and goes to the south, so its quiet bright. The flat has a big kitchen and two balconies which are open to use for everyone. There is a construction site at the road so there might be some noises from the machines, but good thing is that in the evening/night, it is super calm.
In the flat are living: Daniel(studying), Sri (freelancer) and Paul(studying). We value a respectful and harmonic wg life and like to do things together but also having our own time.
