Vollmöbiliertes Zimmer zwischen 11 Dezember – 15 January zu vermieten! Im Zimmer sind Bett, Schränke, zwei Schreibtische vorhanden. Da ich für einen Monat weg bin, kannst du mein Zimmer haben. Du wirst mit meiner Mitbewohnerin aus der Schweiz/Griechenland wohnen, sie ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, und locker, was das WG-Leben angeht. Ich schreibe derzeit meine Dissertation in Philosophie. Die Wohnung hat ein wunderschönes Balkon mit Seeblick! Der See ist quasi dein Garten. Wenn du auch gerne Klavier spielst, darfst du bis zwei Stunden am Tag dich am Klavier hinsetzen. Wir haben auch eine tolle Badwanne!
Fully furnished room for rent between 11 December – 15 January! The room has a bed, wardrobes, two desks. As I will be away for a month, you can have my room. You will be living with my roommate from Switzerland/Greece, she is very neat and clean, and easy-going about flat-sharing life. I am currently writing my dissertation in philosophy. The flat has a beautiful balcony with a lake view! The lake is practically your garden. If you also like to play the piano, you're allowed to sit at the piano for up to two hours a day. We also have a great bathtub!
Verkehrsanbindung ist gleich vor der Tür (M4, M13, M12)! Alles, was man braucht, ist sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen (Apotheke, Supermarkt, Kino, Bäckereien, Späti, Fitnessstudio, Restaurants -indisch, italienisch- usw.). Mediamarkt, Obi-markt, Kopierladen und sogar ein Naturschutzgebiet sind ganz in der Nähe. Am Park gibt es eine Parkur Stelle, man kann sich am See Boote ausleihen, immer eine Runde spazieren/ joggen gehen.
Transport connections are right in front of the door (M4, M13, M12)! Everything you need is within walking distance (pharmacy, supermarket (Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, BioCompany, etc.)), cinema, bakeries, Späti, restaurants, gym - Indian, Italian - etc.). Mediamarkt, Obi-markt, copy shop and even a nature reserve are very close by. At the park there is a parkour spot, you can rent boats at the lake, always go for a walk / jog.
Wir suchen einen entspannten, ordentlichen Mitbewohner*In für diesen Monat. ;) Wir sind sehr freundlich und mit uns kann man über alles reden, kein Stress, kein Zwang ;) Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr entspannt und freundlich. Mich kannst du immer kontaktieren, wenn was ist.
