Ich suche ab sofort eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für meine 2er-WG in Berlin Wilhelmstadt.
Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und hell. Bei Bedarf hätte ich noch ein 1,20×2,00m Bett zur Nutzung verfügbar :)
Die Warmmiete beträgt 500€ pro Monat.
5min Fußweg zum Bus, mit dem Bus 20min vom Bhf Charlottenburg entfernt / 10min vom Bhf Spandau.
Einkaufsmöglichkeitrn in der Nähe: Penny, Rewe, Rossmann, Alnatura, Woolworth, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Kaufland, Obi, Ikea.
Es ist ein sehr schöner Park mit See vor der Haustür und überall Bäume, wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut.
Schöne Umgebung mit trotzdem guter Anbindung :)
Ich (deine Mitbewohnerin, Hauptmieterin der Wohnung) bin 25, kreativ und lernbegeistert, lebe vegan, liebe kochen, Kartenspiele und Bücher. 😅
Ich wünsche mir ein entspanntes Zusammenleben mit offener Kommunikation und dass man sich auch gut versteht. Eine Zweck-WG ist überhaupt nicht mein Ding, also wäre es schön wenn wir auf einer Wellenlänge wären 😊
Wir haben eine schöne große Wohnküche, in der toll gekocht werden kann :)
