Zimmer in frisch renovierter 3er WG mit Garten

Ich heiße Luise, bin 18 und wohne seit ich denken kann in Berlin. Ich studiere im ersten Semester Medizin an der Charite und bin ganz frisch in diese schöne Wohnung gezogen.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich Trainerin im Ruderverein, der Praktischerweise 2min Laufzeit von der Wohnung entfernt ist, mache Krav Maga (Kampfsport) und genieße gerne die Natur. Lesen gehört auch auf jeden Fall zu meinen Lieblingsbeschäftigungen nur getoppt von Tee trinken und mit Freunden quatschen:)
Ich bin eine ziemlich gesellige Person, sprich ich lerne wirklich sehr gerne neue Leute kennen und bin eigentlich für fast jeden Spaß zu gebrauchen! Alkohol und Party sind nicht so meins, ich verbringe meinen Abend lieber mit einem schönen Film/Brettspiel und ganzzz viel Schokolade!
Ich selbst bin vegetarisch/vegan und bin gerne mal in der Küche und probiere neue Gerichte aus.
Da es sich hier um eine WG Neugründung handelt, gibt es noch keinen Putzplan oder Ähnliches aber Ordnung und Respekt untereinander ist ein Muss.

Ich möchte keine Zwecks WG sondern eine lebendige WG Gemeinschaft in der man gerne miteinander Zeit verbringt, öfter mal zusammen kocht und Spiele spielt. Natürlich respektiere ich auch wenn man mal keinen Bock auf die anderen WG Mitbewohner hat, ich will ja schließlich auch mal alleine sein:)

My name is Luise, I'm 18 and I've lived in Berlin for as long as I can remember. I'm starting to study medicine at the Charité in the summer term and have just moved into this lovely flat.
In my spare time I'm a Coach at the rowing club, which is conveniently a 2 minutes' walk from the flat, I do Krav Maga (martial arts) and enjoy the outdoors. Reading is definitely one of my favourite things to do, topped only by drinking tea and chatting with friends :)
I'm a pretty extroverted person, which means I really like meeting new people and I'm up for almost any kind of fun! Alcohol and partying aren't really my thing though, I prefer to spend my evenings with a nice film and lots and lots of chocolate!
I am vegetarian/vegan myself and like to be in the kitchen and try out new dishes.
As this is a new flat share, there is no cleaning plan or anything like that yet, but order and respect for each other is a must in any case.
I'm also a very sociable type of person and don't want to set up a purpose-built flat share, but rather a sociable flat share where we enjoy spending time together, cooking together and playing games. Of course I also respect it if you need a little alone time once in a while, after all I also want to be alone sometimes:)
