3 Mädels teilen eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung/3 girls share a 1-room flat

Es ist vielleicht etwas ungewöhnlich... 3 Mädels teilen eine 1-Zimmer -Wohnung, Grösse: 32 Quadratmeter, um aus verschiedenen Gründen zu Sparen wollen bzw.weil teils nicht in Berlin sind!

Es ist klein, aber gemütlich, jede hat ein Bett und Schrank. (Siehe auch Fotos)
Küche mini, wie amerikanische offene Küchenzeile direkt am Zimmer, mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher(plus natürlich die übliche Ausstattung Herd+Kühlschrank :) Bad mit Badewanne, Handtücher, Fön.
TV und DVD - Player vorhanden.
Ein bißchen ist es wie im Urlaub ein Hotelzimmer teilen oder Jugendherbergszimmer, aber natürlich viel gemütlicher und komfortabler als das!
Direkt (2 min) am U-Bhf Hohenzollernplatz ( U 3), ca. 10min zu U-Bhf Spichernstrasse ( U 9 ) und U-Bhf Fehrbelliner Platz ( U 7 ). Bus 249 direkt vor der Tür. Zum Park ca. 10 min.zu Fuss entfernt. Zum Schwimmbad und Ku´damm ca. 15min zu Fuss.Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Cafés, Drogerien alles ganz nah.
Sprachen: deutsch, englisch
Das Haus ist ruhig, ab 22h muss man hier (leider) eher leiser sein, also Musik/TV nicht zu laut etc.
Tagsüber sind wir aber schon auch gerne mal belebeter und singen schon mal gerne zur Musik mit etc. :)
Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
Ab 15. Januar 2022 ist ein Platz frei, bis 15. März 2022 evtl.auch etwas länger.
Die Miete ist monatlich 160 €) , inklusive allem Strom, Warmwasser, Internet (W-LAN), TV (GEZ),alles mit drin.

P.S. Falls Interesse besteht- für Berufspendler, die nur von Montag-Freitag unter der Woche hier sind besteht die Möglichkeit die Miete etwas günstiger zu machen :)

It´s maybe a bit unsusual...3 working girls sharing a one-room-flat! For the reason of saving some me I´m partwise not always in Berlin. The flat´s size is 32 squaremeters, it´s small but cosy. Everybody has a bed and a cupboard (see on the fotos).
The kitchen is mini, like an american open kitchen beeing part of the room. It has washing-mashine, cloth-dryer, toaster, electrical waterkettle, of course the normal stuff like cooking place and fridge!
The bath has a bathtube, towels includet and hairdryer as well.
TV and DVD -Player are here.
It´s a bit like when beeing in holidays sharing a hotelroom or sharing a youth-hostels room but of course much more cosy and comfortable than that!
The flat is directly (2 min) at U-Bahn Station „Hohenzollernplatz ( U 3) and 10min.by walking to Station „Spichernstrasse“ ( U 9 ) and „Fehrbelliner Platz „ ( U 7 ). Bus Number 249 directly in front of the house. To the Park 10min walking, to Swimming-Hall and „Ku´damm“ 15 min walking.
Supermarkets, Pharmacie, Cafés, etc.very near by all around the house.
From on 10th of Novemver one place here will be free till 23th of December, but also eventually a bit longer . Spoken languages: german, english
It´s a nonsmoking flat.
The house where the flat is in is quite calm, after 22h it´s (unfortunately)only possible to listen to musik not so loud, being more quite and so on...but on daytime we sometimes like to watch movies, sing along to the radio and so on...we ere calm in the evening but more "alive" at daytime :)
The rent is monthly 170 € - including everything, electricity and warmwater costs and Internet (W-LAN), TV-costs.

P.S. if there is interest: for job-commuters who are only on town during the week on working days from monday till friday it would be possible to speak about a bit less rent in that case.
