Es ist vielleicht etwas ungewöhnlich...wir sind 3 Mädels und teilen uns eine 1-Zimmer -Wohnung, das Angebot ist ideal für Berufpendler: der Schlafplatz bzw.Teil des Zimmers wird von montags - freitags vermietet, also ideal für alle die nur unter der Woche in Berlin sind und daher nicht zuuu viel für ein Zimmer ausgeben möchten - daher teilen wir uns diese süsse kleine Wohnung zu dritt - da wir aus verschiedenen Gründen sparen wollen bzw.teils nur wochentags in Berlin sind.

Auch ideal für jemanden der im Berliner Umland wohnt aber in der Stadt arbeitet und vielleicht nicht jeden Tag die weite Fahrt nach Hause antreten will und eine gemütliche feste Übernachtungsmöglichkeit inmitten der City ideal findet.

(Falls jemand nur für weniger als 5 Tage die Woche eine feste Übernachtungsmöglichkeit braucht wäre das auch möglich - und wäre dann entsprechend auch weniger Miete)


Grösse der Wohnung: 32 Quadratmeter. Es ist wirklich klein, aber gemütlich, jede hat ein Bett und Schrank. (Siehe auch Fotos)
Küche mini, wie amerikanische offene Küchenzeile direkt am Zimmer, mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Küchenmaschine (plus - natürlich -Kochplatten+Kühlschrank :) Bad mit Badewanne, Handtücher + Bademantel für jeden, Fön.
TV und DVD - Player vorhanden.

Ein bißchen ist es wie im Urlaub ein Hotelzimmer teilen oder Jugendherbergszimmer, aber natürlich viel gemütlicher und komfortabler als das!

Direkt am U-Bhf Hohenzollernplatz (U 3), ca 3 min Fußweg sowie Bus 249 fast direkt vor der Tür.
Und: ca. 10min zu U-Bhf Spichernstrasse ( U 9 ) und U-Bhf Fehrbelliner Platz ( U 7 ).

Zum Park ca. 10 min.zu Fuss entfernt. Zum Schwimmbad und Ku´damm ca. 15min zu Fuss.
Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Cafés, Drogerien alles ganz nah.

Sprachen: deutsch, englisch, weitere Sprachen sehr willkommen.

Toll wär jemand, der auch arbeitet oder ein Praktikum hier macht, zwecks „ähnlicher Wellenlänge“ :) :)

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, ab 22h muss man hier (leider) eher recht leise sein, also Musik/TV nicht zu laut etc.
Man muss erwähnen daß das Haus sogar so ruhig / hellhörig ist daß sogar telefonieren eher leise stattfinden muss (leider) weil hier teils recht geräuschempfindliche Menschen wohnen.

Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Ab 15. Januar 2022 wird hier wieder 1 Platz frei.

Es ist frei bis 15. März 2022 (eventuell auch länger möglich)

Die Miete ist monatlich für jede 160 € und inklusive allem Strom, Warmwasser, Internet (W-LAN) und TV.

Ich selber bin Hauptmieter und ich bin in anderer Hinsicht am "Pendeln": - jedes 3.Wochenende fahre ich zu meiner Schwester und meinem kleinen Neffen, an den anderen Wochenenden kommen sie oft her da meine Schwester öfter am Wochenende in Berlin arbeitet, daher wird die Wohnung nur von Mo-Fr vermietet :)

Unter der Woche gibt es aber keinen "Besuch" also jeder hat ganz für sich seinen Schlafplatz.

It´s maybe a bit unusual...we are 3 working girls sharing a one-room-flat!

Perfect for commuters like someone who is only in Berlin during the weekdays and lives the weekends at home and therefore doesn´t want to spent too much money on the flat:
the sleeping-place is available from mondays till fridays!

As we all wonna save some money for different reasons and are partwise not always in Berlin / like only beeing here during the week / on workdays.
The flat´s size is 32 squaremeters, it´s very small but cosy. Each of us has a bed and a cupboard (see on the fotos).

The kitchen is mini, like an american open kitchen beeing part of the room.
It has washing-mashine, cloth-dryer, toaster, electrical waterkettle and of course the normal stuff like cooking place and fridge!
The bath has a bathtube, towels and bathrobe for each includet and hairdryer as well.
TV and DVD -Player are here.

It´s a bit like when beeing in holidays sharing a hotelroom or sharing a youth-hostels room but of course much more cosy and comfortable than that!

The flat is directly at U-Bahn Station „Hohenzollernplatz" (U 3), it's like a 3 min ealking distance to the trainstation.
Bus 249 stops nearly directly in front of the house.
And:
10min by walking to Station „Spichernstrasse“ ( U 9 ) and „Fehrbelliner Platz „ ( U 7 ).
So it is surrounded by various train and bus station-options.
(other buslines nearby in 10min walking distance a well)

To the Park it is about 10min walking, to the Swimming-Hall and „Ku´damm“ about 15 min walking.
Supermarkets, Pharmacie, Cafés, etc.very nearby all around the house.

From on 15th of January 2022 one place will be free.
It is free till 15th of march 2022 (eventually longer than that possible)

Spoken languages: german, english and any other languages very welcome!

It would be a great match for someone who is also working in job or does a practical training ( beeing a „trainee“) so all of us are somehow working and so beeing on „the same wavelength“, to have some spirit in common...:)

The house where the flat is in is quite (very) calm, after 22h it´s (unfortunately) only possible to listen to musik not so loud, being more quite and so on...
It is actually very much silence here and walls are that thin that even phonecalls have to be done in "moderate, more silent" modus (unfortunately), I thought I'd better mention it so that one would know how the flat is.

The rent is 160 € monthly for each of us including everything, electricity and warmwater costs and Internet (W-LAN).

Me as the housekeeper I do "commute" as well but in a little various way - I vistit my sister & nephew every 3. weekend and on the other weekends they are very often here to visit as my sister works sometimes in Berlin at the weekend.

That´s why the renting is only from mondays till fridays.

Also less (fixed) days to rent the space would be possible.
(the price is for 5 days, if it was 4 or 3 days of course the rent would be lower then)


During the week there is "no visit" so that each of us has their own space.
