15 qm Zwischenmiete in wunderschöner Altbauwohnung // 15 sqm sublease in beautiful old flat

Ich vermiete mein neues Zimmer in einer der schönsten Wohnungen Berlins unter. Zwar ist das Zimmer klein (15 m2), jedoch ist die Wohnung unfassbar großzügig: es gibt ein Arbeitszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Wohnküche, die jeweils um die 30-35 m2 groß sind, zusätzlich gibt es einen Balkon, zwei Bäder und ein ganz kleines Gästezimmer. Wer also einen wunderbaren Homeoffice-Platz in einer familiären Atmosphäre sucht, wird sich hier wohlfühlen.

Aktuell wohne ich selber noch nicht im Zimmer - ich ziehe erst Ende April ein - und daher habe ich aktuell keine Bilder parat. Bei einem Kennenlernen, egal ob vor Ort oder online, können wir das jedoch nachholen.

In der Wohnung wohnen bereits sehr gute Freunde von mir. Bewohner Nr. 1 ist aktuell wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in der Stadtforschung/Urbanistik an der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar und wird vermutlich in den Sommermonaten viel an seiner Promotion sitzen - wenn er sich nicht durch spontane Bierunternehmungen mit Dir ablenken lässt. Bewohner Nr. 2 studiert Psychologie und macht im SoSe ein Urlaubssemester, um viel Zeit auf seinem Boot, dem zweiten Wohnzimmer der Wohnung zu verbringen - auch dahin wirst Du herzlichst eingeladen.

Ich selber bin von Mitte Mai bis Mitte Juni in Nordamerika und werde anschließend mit mehreren Projekten und Reisen in Deutschland und Europa unterwegs sein. Dass ich irgendwann mal auch in unserem Gästezimmer vorbeikomme, ist sehr gut möglich. Meld Dich auch gerne, wenn Du nicht den gesamten Zeitraum eine Zwischenmiete suchst; eine kürzere Zwischenmiete oder Teilzeiträume sind auch möglich.

I am subletting my new room in one of the most beautiful apartments of Berlin. The room is rather small (15 sqm.), but the apartment is incredibly spacious: there is an office, a living room and a spacious kitchen, each around 30-35 sqm., in addition there is a balcony, two bathrooms and a small guest room. If you are looking for a wonderful home office space in a friendly atmosphere, you will feel at home here.

Currently, I am not yet living in the room - I will only move in towards the end of April - so I do not have any pictures at the moment. However, if we get to know each other, whether in the apartment or online, we can show you the place.

Your flatmates are very good friends of mine. Person No. 1 is currently a research assistant in urban research at the Bauhaus University in Weimar and will probably spend a lot of time working on his doctorate during the summer months - if you do not distract him by spontaneous beer activities :-). Person No. 2 is studying psychology and taking a semester off in the summer to spend a lot of time on his boat, the second living room of the apartment - you are cordially invited there too.

I am travelling to North America from mid-May to mid-June and will be afterwards travelling and working around Germany and Europe on several projects. It is very likely that I drop by and sleep in our guest room from time to time. If you do not want to rent for the whole time, feel free to suggest other periods.
