Bad, Dusche, Wäscheraum und Küche werden geteilt, sodass die zur Verfügung stehende Fläche etwa 70 qm entspricht. Die Mitbenutzung des kleinen Balkons ist auch möglich. Ich bin beruftstätig – arbeite nicht zuhause – und bin viel unterwegs. Sie sollten nicht rauchen, einen Arbeitsvertrag haben und einen Grund, weshalb Sie eine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum suchen.

I am looking for a woman sharing my spacious 4-room-140 sqm-apartment. For rent is a large furnished bedroom facing the quiet back yard and a big bright living room with bay window facing the street, which are about 45 sqm. Bedroom and living room are private. Bathroom, shower, laundry room and kitchen are shared, so the available area is about 70 sqm. Sharing of the small balcony is also possible. I usually do not work at home and travel a lot. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Man geht 7 Minuten zur U7 und U9, 2 Minuten zum Bus. Zum Laufen eignet sich der Volkspark Wilmersdorf.
The apartment is very conveniently located. You walk 7 minutes to the U7 and U9, 2 minutes to the bus. The Volkspark Wilmersdorf is suitable for walking.
Kein aufregendes WG-Leben – aber ein freundliches Miteinander. Rücksichtsvoll, aber nicht verkrampft. Außerdem gibt es eine nette Hausgemeinschaft.
No exciting flat-sharing life - but friendly togetherness. Considerate, but not uptight. There is also a nice house community.
