Hi there!
I am soon moving to Paris for around six months and thus have to leave my lovely flat in the Wilmersdorf neighborhood. My room will be free from September 13th 2023 until the 14th of April 2024 at a monthly price of 680 EUR (expenses and Wifi included).
It is ca. 20m2 and is FULLY FURNISHED; it includes a comfortable office chair, a double bed, a big wardrobe, a desk... and everything you see on the pictures. On top of that, you will also have your OWN BALCONY, which is especially cozy in the morning because of the early sun.
Please keep in mind the following two pieces of information with regards to the flat:
- The contract would be done between you and the landlord directly. That is, it is NOT a sublease agreement (Untermietvertrag).
- The ANMELDUNG (Registration in the city) IS NOT POSSIBLE. If you need Anmeldung, please abstain yourself from applying.
The flat is well-connected to public transportation (subway U3, circular railway S41/S42, buslines 101/186/248 are all just a few minutes away). You can easily reach Schlosstraße, Kudamm, and the universities FU, TU, HWR.
Your flatmates would be Vincent, Bouchra and Lisa. Vincent (27) is from Northern France and is interested in photography, soccer and politics. Bouchra (24) is finishing her first year in the Master's in Neuroscience, and Lisa (25) is doing research in the political science field.
We are preferably looking for someone between the ages of 20 and 30. Given that the flat is only available for a limited period of time, it might very well suit you if you are coming to Berlin for a short amount of time, that is, if you are an exchange student or have to spend a few months here for professional reasons. Other types of candidates are obviously also welcome :).
