Hi there,
Im renting out a room for 3 weeks until the end of November. Im flexible with the time period, just let me know when you would want to be here and we can work it out. :)
The room is about 20qm big, is bright and has an own bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is exclusively used for this room.
The room itself is unfurnished, however there is a mattress. You can obviously also use the kitchen which has a really cozy and comfy table with benches where you can work and do stuff.
The flat is located right next to Olivaer Park, a nice and safe area to chill and sunbathe in summer. Around the park you find a lot of different restaurant, bars and cafés. If you like Starbucks.. it is right around the corner too! :)
Kurfürstendamm is the fashion street of Berlin, and we are right next to it! So if you like these kinds of stores you will find everything your heart desires.
Public transportation is in reach by foot (less than 5minutes). There are also lots of parking spaces if you have a car.
Currently only I am living in the apartment. The future flatmates will move in beginning of December so until then someone else can sublet.
A little bit about myself: Im living in Berlin for about 1.5 years and work as a doctor. Im super chill, open to new connections and love meeting new people.
