Schönes WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete

Wir (das sind Martin und Kenny) sind zum 1. März auf der Suche nach eine:r Nachmieter:in für ein rund 24qm großes Zimmer (ca. 700€ warm) in unserer dreier WG, da unser aktueller Mitbewohner ausziehen wird. Das Zimmer vermieten wir auf eine befristete Zeit von einem Monat, da sich auch unsere WG auflösen wird.

Möbliert oder unmöbliert: Wir können dir das Zimmer sowohl möbliert als auch unmöbliert zur Verfügung stellen. Wenn du eigene Möbel mitbringst, kannst du das gerne tun. Wenn du keine Möbel hast, dann sind dir ein Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank garantiert.(Das müssten wir dann einfach mal im Detail besprechen, wenn es soweit ist.)

Zur Wohnung und zu deinem Zimmer: Unsere Altbauwohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock (mit Fahrstuhl), hat 167qm Wohnfläche, 5 Zimmer, 3 Bäder, 2 Balkone und eine große Küche. Das freie Zimmer hat hohe Decken, circa 24qm Fläche und ist zur Hinterhof gelegen.

Zur Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße der Berliner Straße in 10715 Berlin, genau zwischen den U-Bahnstationen Berliner Straße (U7 & U9) und Bayerischer Platz (U7 & U4). Beide Stationen erreicht man in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß und ist somit in 10 Minuten in Kreuzberg oder am Bahnhof Zoo. In 2 Minuten erreicht man einen Edeka und eine Bio Company. Der schöne Volkspark Wilmersdorf liegt direkt am Ende unserer Straße und zu Fuß spaziert man in 15 Minuten in den Akazienkiez oder in den Nollendorfkiez. 

Die Kosten: Die derzeitigen Kosten für das Zimmer, inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom, Internet, Versicherung und GEZ belaufen sich auf rund 700€.

Zu uns beiden: Wir sind beide voll berufstätig und wünschen uns eine ruhige und herzliche Person mit einem ähnlichen Lebensentwurf als Ergänzung für unsere WG. Was häufig in den Inseraten steht, ergänzen wir natürlich auch gerne mit einem freundlichen Miteinander, ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung/Sauberkeit und der Möglichkeit, sich in Ruhe zurückziehen zu können - Wichtig ist uns, dass sich alle miteinander wohl fühlen können. 

Wir wissen natürlich, dass eine sich auflösende WG nicht das optimale Konstrukt eines Zuhauses darstellt, garantieren dir aber ein herzliches Miteinander und hoffen, dass dir das Zimmer vielleicht einen angenehmen Start in dieser Stadt ermöglicht.

We (that's Martin and Kenny) are looking for a new tenant for a room approximately 24 sqm in size (about 700€ warm) in our three-person flatshare, starting March 1st, as our current roommate will be moving out. We are offering the room for a limited period of one month, as our flatshare will be dissolving then.

Furnished or unfurnished: We can provide the room either furnished or unfurnished. If you wish to bring your own furniture, you are more than welcome to do so. If you don't have any furniture, a bed, desk, and wardrobe are guaranteed. (We would simply need to discuss the details once it's relevant.)

About the apartment and your room: Our old building apartment is located on the second floor (with an elevator), has a living space of 167 sqm, 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies, and a large kitchen. The available room has high ceilings, about 24 sqm of space, and is located towards the backyard.

The location: The apartment is situated on a quiet side street off Berliner Straße in 10715 Berlin, exactly between the Berliner Straße (U7 & U9) and Bayerischer Platz (U7 & U4) subway stations. Both stations can be reached on foot in under 5 minutes, thus one can be in Kreuzberg or Bahnhof Zoo within 10 minutes. An Edeka and a Bio Company are a 2-minute walk away. The lovely Volkspark Wilmersdorf is right at the end of our street, and the Akazienkiez or Nollendorfkiez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

The costs: The current costs for the room, including utilities, electricity, internet, insurance, and the German broadcasting fee (GEZ), amount to around 700€.

About the two of us: We are both fully employed and are looking for a calm and cordial person with a similar lifestyle to complement our flatshare. What is often mentioned in advertisements, we naturally also welcome with a friendly cohabitation, a certain level of order/cleanliness, and the possibility to retreat in peace - It is important to us that everyone can feel comfortable with each other.

We are aware that a dissolving flatshare is not the optimal construct for a home, but we guarantee a cordial coexistence and hope that the room may offer you a pleasant start in this city.

The fixed move-in date for the rent is March 1st. The deposit amounts to 1000 Euro.
