Die Wohnung ist eine Maisonnette im 1. und 2. OG eines 5-geschossigen Mehrfamilienhauses aus den 70er Jahren. Im EG gibt es eine große Küche mit Essplatz, Gäste WC und ein Wohnzimmer, das ich für mich als Arbeitszimmer nutze. Oben sind drei Zimmer und ein großes Bad.
Das freie Zimmer ist möbliert, hat nur ca. 8 qm ist aber sehr gut proportioniert. Es hat ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Bücherregal. Es ist nach Westen orientiert, hat ein großes Fenster und einen schönen Ausblick.
The apartment is a duplex on the second and third floor of 5 story apartment building from the 70ies. On the ground floor there is a big kitchen with dining area, guest toilet and a living-room, that I use as an office. Upstairs there are three rooms and a big bath.
There room is furnished and although only 8 square meters large, very well proportioned. It includes a bed, desk, wardrobe and a bookshelf. It faces west, has a large window and beautiful view.
Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Großprojektes aus der 70er Jahren. Sie liegt an einem privaten Fußweg und ist - abgesehen vom ewigen Zwitschern der Vögel - extrem ruhig.
The flat is part of a big housing project of the 70ies. It's situated on a private footpath and - apart from the never-ending tweeting of the birds - is extremely quiet.

Ich (63) bin Architekt und Fotograf. Meine Mitbewohnerin (27) aus Südamerika wohnt hier seit 8 Jahren und hat gerade ihr Studium an der TU abgeschlossen. Hier geht jeder seine eigenen Wege, nimmt Rücksicht auf andere und hinterlässt Räume - vor allem Küche und Bad - so wie er sie vorgefunden hat und hilft den anderen wo er kann. Ab und zu treffen wir uns in der Küche, verquatschen uns und kochen auch mal miteinander. Wir sind neugierig und offen für Dich!
I (63) am an architect and a photographer. My flatmate (27) from South America has been living here for 8 years and just finished her studies at the TU. Here everybody does his own thing, respects the other and leaves rooms - especially bathroom and kitchen - the way they found it and helps others where he can. Every now and then we meet in the kitchen, stop for a talk and actually cook together. We are curious and open for you!
