The room is large and bright with a beautiful wooden floor. It has large windows, the sun shines in the morning and it is very quiet. It is also rented furnished. The rent is 515,- all inclusive.
Das Zimmer ist groß und hell mit einem schönen Holzfußboden. Es hat große Fenster, die Sonne scheint Vormittags hinein und es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Außerdem wird es möbliert vermietet. Die Miete sind 515,- alles inklusive.
The location is very convenient with supermarkets in walking distance and connection to u3/u9 as well as the ring track. The surroundings are rather quiet, but within 15 minutes you are in Schöneberg and with the Öffis quickly everywhere else in Berlin. I would describe it as an optimal mixture :) Here it is very green, there are many beautiful parks and just in summer you can sit wonderfully outside, walk or what you like. In addition, we have a nice courtyard with table tennis table and bicycle cellar.
Die Lage ist sehr günstig mit Supermärkten in Fußentfernung und Anbindung an die u3/u9 sowie die Ringbahn. Die Umgebung ist eher ruhig, mit dem Fahrrad ist man aber innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Schöneberg und mit den Öffis schnell überall sonst in Berlin. Ich würde es als optimale Mischung beschreiben :) Hier ist es sehr grün, es gibt viele schöne Parks und gerade im Sommer kann man wunderbar draußen sitzen, spazieren gehen oder was einem sonst so gefällt. Zusätzlich haben wir einen netten Innenhof mit Tischtennisplatte und Fahrradkeller.
I will leave Berlin for 6 months due to my master thesis and rent my room here. You'd live with Rebekka, Janek and Linus. We are all either at the end of our studies or already employed. We like to make a bit together, go a beer in one of the many pubs in the area or drink breakfast together, but also have all our own everyday life. Generally, our living together is very simple. We look forward to a communicative, open person in a similar situation of life. Cleanliness and order are also important here. Ich werde aufgrund meiner Masterarbeit für 6 Monate Berlin verlassen und vermiete hier mein Zimmer unter. Du würdest mit Rebekka, Janek und Linus zusammen wohnen. Wir sind alle entweder am Ende unseres Studiums oder bereits berufstätig. Wir unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen, gehen ein Bier in einer der vielen Kneipen in der Umgebung trinken oder Frühstücken zusammen, haben aber auch alle unseren eigenen Alltag. Generell ist unser Zusammenleben sehr unkompliziert. Wir freuen uns über eine kommunikative, offene Person, die sich in einer ähnlichen Lebenssituation befindet. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns hier ebenfalls wichtig.
