The room is around 15 sqm close to the entrance and bathroom. Bright room with a high ceiling and two big windows. The room is unfurnished, but all items are negotiable. The room has a bed, desk, wardrobe, and more for sale. All items bought less than a year old. If you have your own furniture we can remove current furniture from the room. The whole apartment has a high ceiling, natural wooden flooring, and is full of light (morning and afternoon). Two bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the apartment allowing full privacy.
The apartment is located 1min from a bus stop (101) and 8 min from S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. A huge park with a lake and playgrounds is 5min away - Volkspark Wilmersdorf. A few minutes away is a grocery store, local stores, and some cosy restaurants. Closest stations are - Heidelberger Platz, Bundesplatz, U Blissestraße.
The apartment allows full privacy. Your room is located by the entrance and my room is at another end of the apartment. In between, there is a huge bright and sunny kitchen/living space with access to the balcony (now with a table and chairs for summer). The apartment is newly renovated with all the necessities such as a fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and etc. Internet is fast.
I am working full-time in a startup (2-3 days home office). I am looking for someone who is clean, outgoing, international mindset, respectful, and comfortable to come home to. Sharing is caring (stories, drinks, and experiences). The apartment is clean and very well maintained. I usually hire a cleaner which allows avoiding unnecessary trouble with cleaning duties. Anmeldung is possible. I am excited to share this sunshine place!
