That is a recently renovated flat. All the furnitures are new. Address registration (Anmeldung) is possible. If you are abroad and you can not visit the flat, please don't apply. I can not rent the room without meeting you in person. That is not an airbnb room. I'm looking for somebody long term.
You will rent the biggest room of the flat with your own private balcony.
The room is bright when it is sunny outside.
There is a bed, gardrobe, commode, bookshelf, armchair and tv in your room.
You can smoke in your balcony if you smoke. It is not allowed to smoke in the flat.
Price includes everything including internet connection.
Appliances for shared use:
There are high quality waschmachine with dryer functionality , high quality oven, dishwascher, high quality induction cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, iron, kettle, lots of quality pots in different sizes and all the possible appliances in the flat.
If you enjoy cooking, I can assure you that is the best kitchen you can find in a shared flat.
The flat is in the middle of U3, U7, U9 and S41/S42. Closest one is U3. You just need to walk 2 minutes.
There is a huge 3km wide park in the neighborhood. There are 24 hour working supermarkets in the neighborhood.
It is a silent, safe enviroment. You can enjoy lots of restaurants and pubs nearby.
I'm partly living in Berlin. I have a nomadic life style. Because of that I prefer to share the flat. Otherwise the flat will be empty for several months.
In total there will be 3 people (including me when I'm in Berlin) in the flat.
Animals are not allowed.
I have a little daughter. Rarely she visits me if I'm in Berlin.
