Hallo zusammen :),
Ich ziehe bald aus meinem schönen WG-Zimmer aus, da ich in eine eigene Wohnung ziehe. Meine Mitbewohner suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin für ein großes, helles Zimmer in unserer WG in Wilmersdorf. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe zum U Hohenzollernplatz und der Pariser- sowie Uhlandstraße.
Edeka, Netto und ein Späti sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine geräumige Küche welche gleichzeitig als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird. An die Küche schließt sich in Richtung Süden ein gemütlicher Balkon an.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 450€.
Das Zimmer kann ab April bezogen werden.
Da meine Mitbewohner einem geregelten Alltag mit Studium und Arbeit nachgehen, suchen wir nach einer ruhigen Mitbewohnerin.
Am besten ebenfalls mit geregeltem Alltag.
Außerdem wäre es uns lieb wenn ihr was längerfristiges sucht.

Hey there :),
I'm moving out of my nice room soon, as I'm moving into my own apartment. Therefore my roommates are looking for a female roommate for a nice, bright room in our WG in Wilmersdorf. The apartment is close to U Hohenzollernplatz and Pariser and Uhlandstraße. Edeka, Netto and a Späti are within walking distance.
The apartment has a spacious kitchen which is also used as a common room.
A south-facing balcony adjoins the kitchen.
The total rent is 450€.
The room is available from April.
Since my roommates pursue a regular everyday life with studies and work, we are looking for a quiet roommate. Optimally also with a regular everyday life. Furthermore we are looking for someone that is searching for something more longterm.
