Liebe Leute,
in unserer WG wird ab dem 28.02.24 ein tolles möbeliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei und wir suchen eine Person, die bei uns einziehen möchte. Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und ist zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet und damit sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist allgemein aber sehr hellhörig und das Zimmer liegt auf dem Weg zur Küche, ist also eine beliebte und oft begangene Laufroute :), es wäre also praktisch, wenn du einen guten Schlaf hast und dich die Geräusche vor der Tür nicht zu sehr stören.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten: es gibt viel Platz, eine geräumige Küche, ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und einen Balkon.

We are looking for a person who would like to move into a great furnished room in our shared flat from 28.02.24 to 26.03.2024. The room is 20 sqm and faces the backyard so it is very quiet. However, the room is on the way to the kitchen, so it is a popular and often used walking route :), so it would come in handy if you have a good night's sleep and the noises outside the door don't bother you too much.
The flat is very spacious: there is plenty of room for all of us, a spacious kitchen, a shared living room with a projector and a balcony.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden. Bis zur U-Bahn Station Berliner Straße sind es ca. 3 Gehminuten. Von dort fahren die Linien U7 und U9. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch reichlich in der Umgebung (Aldi, Edeka etc.). Obwohl wir nah an der Bundesallee sind, ist es recht ruhig in unserer Straße.
The flat is well connected to public transport. It is about a 3-minute walk to the Berliner Straße underground station. The U7 and U9 lines leave from there. There are also plenty of shopping facilities in the area. Although we are close to the Bundesallee, it is quite quiet in our street.
Wir sind Jule, Jonas, Piefko und Anna und wir suchen eine Zwischenmiete für unsere schöne WG in Wilmersdorf. Hier erwarten dich vier Menschen, die inzwischen alle in verschiedenen Arbeitsbereichen unterwegs und so um die 30 sind. Wir haben uns aktiv dazu entschieden in einer WG zu leben und wollen gemeinsam mit dir unsere Zeit in Berlin genießen und zelebrieren. Wir hängen gerne ab oder unternehmen schöne Dinge, da wir aber alle auch ziemlich busy sind kommt man schon auch dazu seinen eigenen Kram zu machen.
Wir sind alle berufstätig und phasenweise sehr eingespannt. Einige sind projektbasiert mal für längere Zeit nicht zu Hause, manchmal sind wir alle da und manchmal haben wir viel Besuch und die Wohnung ist voll.
Da wir alle neben sehr schönen auch schon sehr negative WG Erfahrungen gemacht haben, ist es uns wichtig, dass wir respektvoll miteinander umgehen und offen kommunizieren. Gerade bei Konflikten wünschen wir uns, dass wir diese angehen können und alle zufrieden rausgehen.
Auf Sexismus, Rassismus und andere Diskriminierungsformen haben wir keinen Bock.
We are Jule, Jonas, Piefko and Anna and we are looking for an intermediate tenant for our nice shared flat in Wilmersdorf. Four people are waiting for you here, all of whom are now working in different fields and are around 30. We have actively decided to live in a shared flat and want to enjoy and celebrate our time in Berlin together with you. We like to hang out or do nice things, but since we are all pretty busy, we also get to do our own stuff.
We all have jobs and are very busy at times. Some of us are away from home for longer periods of time due to projects, sometimes we are all there and sometimes we have a lot of visitors and the flat is full.
Since we have all had very negative as well as very positive shared flat experiences, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and communicate openly. Especially when there are conflicts, we want to be able to deal with them and everyone leaves satisfied.
We don't want sexism, racism and other forms of discrimination.
Am liebsten würden wir uns persönlich treffen, wenns nicht anders geht, ist es aber auch online möglich. Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören <3
