The comfortable, beauty and bright room is spacious (about 20 m2) and has:
- a double bed
- a sofa
- clothes rack (with hangers)
- a chest of drawers with storage shelves
- a clothes horse + iron,
With it's own separate bathroom that consists of bathtub, shower and water closet.
The apartment is very well located, from which you can reach one of the most important shopping streets, restaurants and bars in Berlin. But also many attractions, such as the famous East Side Gallery (Berlin Wall), along the road about ten minutes or the famous flea market, which takes place every Sunday (RAW flea market).
Location
Our apartment is very well connected, so you have three underground stations at your disposal: Blissestraße (U7), Güntzelstraße (U9) and Hohenzollernplatz (U3). From all stations you walk about 8 minutes to us. This means that all Berlin universities, but especially the TU and FU, are easy to reach. Nearby there are shops, bakers, a post office and everything else you need. You can reach the Kuhdamm within 10 minutes by bike.
Flat share type
No purpose flat share!! For me, home is a place of retreat, I want to make it harmonious and comfortable. It is important to me that everyone has their freedom and privacy and can be alone sometimes. But also that you understand each other, do something together, make compromises and be honest with each other! I like to have a glass of wine in the evening, like to cook and listen to a lot of music, but am considerate when you need your peace and quiet.

Everything is included in the rent, including electricity, internet, GEZ etc. There is an option to extend the rental period if the chemistry is right and we all want to stay together.
