Hallo,
Ich bin für 3-4 Monate nicht in Berlin und vermiete daher mein schönes Zimmer in einer sehr entspannten Berufstätigen-WG. Das Zimmer ist in dem Zeitraum 1.11.22 bis etwa Mitte Februar 2023 zur Zwischenmiete verfügbar (OHNE Anmeldung).
Das Zimmer ist 21m² groß, möbliert (Schrank, Bett, Kommode, Arbeitstisch) und liegt in einer 5er WG mit 180 m² im ruhigen Wilmersdorf. Die WG verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, sodass ihr euch dort richtig austoben könnt. Außerdem haben wir zwei Bäder, ein großes Wohnzimmer.
Die Altbau-Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen 30er Zone. Der Volkspark ist nur 2 min entfernt und lädt zum Spazierengehen und Joggen ein. Zu den Ubahnen (U4,U7,U9) braucht man etwa 7 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bio-Company und ein kleiner EDK) sind um die Ecke und für den größeren Einkauf ist ein 24-h Laden 12 min entfernt.
Du würdest mit Teresa, Miriam, Hannes, Flo (und meinen ganzen Pflanzen zusammen wohnen), die alle schon fest im Berufsleben verankert sind. Alle sind super nett, offen und entspannt. Diese triffst du morgens und abends hauptsächlich in der Küche, wo wir uns regelmäßig verquatschen. Wir Kochen, Essen und Bingen (letzte Serie: Only murders in the building) gerne mal zusammen aber alles ohne Stress. Wir respektieren natürlich die Privatsphäre der anderen, Tür zu heißt Tür zu. Nur bei Faschisten (ja, auch AFD-Wähler), Schwurblern und Klimaleugnern werden wir ungemütlich.
Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, der eingehalten werden muss.
Besichtigung NUR Samstag und Sonntag 11-17 Uhr, am liebsten in persona.

Hi!
I am subletting my cozy room for about 3-4 months since I will be away for an internship abroad. The room is available for sublet in the period of 1.11.22 until about mid-February 2023 (Anmeldung is not possible). Rent is 600 Euro/month plus deposit of 1 month rent which will be returned when everything is ok by the end of the period.
The room is 21m², furnished (wardrobe, bed, drawers, desk) and is located in a 5-person shared flat (total 180 m²) in a nice neighbourhood of Wilmersdorf. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a large living room.
The apartment is located in a quiet 30 zone. The Volkspark is only 2 minutes away which is perfect for a walk or jog. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the Ubahn stations (U4, U7, U9). Shopping facilities (Bio-Company and a small EDK) are around the corner and a 24-hour store is 12 minutes away.
The WG consists of Teresa, Miriam, Hannes, Flo (and all my plants), who are friendly, open and relaxed. You would probably meet them in the mornings and evenings mainly in the kitchen, where most of the interactions take place. We like to cook, eat and binge (last series: Only murders in the building) together but all without stress or obligations. Nevertheless, we value and respect each other's privacy.
We do not welcome fascists (yes, also AFD voters) nor climate change deniers.
We have a weekly cleaning schedule that must be followed :)
Visits are welcome this weekend. Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm.
