Die Wohnung (ca.78qm) liegt Zentral in City West nähe Ku'Damm mit Balkon zur Straße, mit Kleiner Küche und kleinem Bad mit Badewanne. Das Zimmer hat ca.15qm und Fenster zum Balkon/Straße. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit 80cm Einzelbett, kleine Miniküche (hone Wasseranschluss), kleiner Kochplatte, Wasserkocher, Stauraum, Schreibtisch Fernseher, kleinem Esstisch und Mikrowelle. Rauchmöglichkeit ist auf dem Balkon.
Die Anbindung an Öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut, die U-Bahnhöfe Spichernstraße und Hohenzollerndamm Sin ca.3min Fußweg entfernt, der 249 Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Der Ku'Damm ist zu Fuß etwa 10min entfernt. Parkplätze sind je nach Tageszeit ok bis schlecht vorhanden.
Die WG besteht aus Ehepaar teils in Rente und teils noch berufstätig. Der Herr des Hauses (66) ist Pendler und großteil der Zeit nicht Zuhause. Die Dame (65) ist die Haupt WG-Partnerin und noch wenige Zeit berufstätig. Die Küche und das Bad und der Balkon sind natürlich voll mitbenutzbar, Das große Wohnzimmer bedingt mitnutzbar. Englisch wird rudimentär gesprochen, gerne aber hauptsächlich deutsch und Spanisch als Fremdsprache (gerne zum üben).
Wir möchten für jeweils den vollen Monat die Miete im voraus, und die Halbe Miete also 230 als Kaution. Für eine Beendigung der Untermiete wünschen wir uns 6 Wochen Vorankündigung.
