Hello!
I am looking for someone to take over my room at Studentendorf Schlachtensee for the month of September. The length of the renting period is not negotiable. The Room is very quiet and sunny, the view from the window is all nature and trees. The room comes fully furnished, including a wardrobe, a bed, a desc and a drawer as well as a shelf.
The WG is in Studentendorf Schlachtensee which is located in south Zehlendorf. There are Aldi and Edeka in 2 and 5 Minutes walking distance.
A Bus station which can take you to Potsdam and Wannsee as well as to S1 and U3 are also just 5 Minutes by foot. Another Bus station can take you quickly to Zehlendorf and to Nickolasee to take the S7 which is going straight to the City Center.
FU is 30 Minutes with local Transport, Uni Potsdam is also just 45 Minutes.
Schlachtensee is a really nice spot for swimming in the summer and just 15 minutes away. At Schlachtensee you can also find a DM and some nice restaurants. In general the location is in a very safe area with lots of nature.
The WG is very quiet and everyone is respectful of each other. Everyone here is busy with their studies and mostly inside their room working on their thesis or other things. The only time you will see other people here is when they leave or when they cook in the kitchen.
It is absolutly necessary to be enrolled in a university in order to live here. You need to provide proof of enrolement in order to move in.
