Da ich länger im Urlaub sind, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in unserer 4er-WG ab 22. Februar bis 03. April. Die genauen Daten sind etwas flexibel. Die Miete wäre für den gesamten Zeitraum.
Die Zimmer befinden sich in der ersten Etage eines Familienhauses. Im Erdgeschoss wohnt unser Vermieter. Das Fenster des Zimmers richtet sich nach Osten. Unsere Wohnung erstreckt sich über das 1. und 2. OG. Im 2. OG ist ein Dachbodenzimmer, bei dem öfter der Fußboden etwas knarrt. Da man das dann auch in meinem Zimmer gut hört, wäre es gut, wenn Du da nicht zu sensibel bist.
Ich überlasse das Zimmer komplett möbiliert (wie dargestellt). Meine Sachen räume ich natürlich vorher gut auf oder verstaue sie z.B. unterm Bett, damit Du genügend Platz hast. 😊
Wir haben auch ein funktionierendes WG-Fahrrad, welches du benutzen könntest.
Wir haben eine große Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, und 2 Kühlschränke und ein Gästezimmer.

Since I am on vacation for a longer period of time, I am renting out my room in our 4-people flat from February 22nd to April 3rd. The exact dates are somewhat flexible. The shown rent would be for the whole period.
The rooms are on the second floor of a family house. Our landlord lives on the first floor. The window of the room faces east. Our apartment extends over the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is an attic room on the 3rd floor where the floor often creaks a little. As you can also hear this in this rooms, it would be good if you weren't too sensitive.
I leave the room fully furnished (as shown). Of course, I tidy up my things well beforehand or stow them under the bed, for example, so that you have enough space.😊
We also have a working shared bicycle that you could use.
We have a large fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and 2 fridges and a guest room.

Die WG befindet sich in einer Sackgassenstraße in schönen Zehlendorf, wodurch es extrem ruhig ist. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß trotzdem in nur einer Minute erreichbar. Mit dem Bus dauert es knapp 10 Minuten bis zur nächsten S-Bahn Station (S Zehlendorf). Von dort aus dauert es, je nach Zielort, im Schnitt 30 bis 50 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum.

The WG is located in a dead-end street in beautiful Zehlendorf, which makes it extremely quiet. Still, the nearest bus stop is only a minute away on foot. It takes just under 10 minutes by bus to the nearest S-Bahn station (S Zehlendorf). From there, it takes an average of 30 to 50 minutes to get to the city centre, depending on your destination.

Unsere Küche ist wegen ihrer Größe gleichzeitig auch unser Wohnzimmer, da sie recht groß ist und wir hier ein nettes Sofa stehen haben. Hier treffen wir uns ab und zu und kochen oder essen gemeinsam, oder laufen uns so über den Weg und unterhalten uns nach Lust und Laune. Gleichzeitig sind wir aber auch ab und zu in unseren Zimmern und stören uns da selbstverständlich nicht.
Wir freuen uns auf einen proaktiven, lebensfreudigen, kommunikativen, etwas lebenserfahrenen und toleranten Mensch, der Lust hat, für ein paar Wochen bei uns zu wohnen. 😊
Wir sind:
Gabriel (27) ist sehr warmherzig und hat nach seinem FSJ eine Erzieherausbildung in Zehlendorf angefangen, die ihm sehr viel Spaß macht. Gabriel ist in Bolivien aufgewachsen. Runa (24) ist in Japan aufgewachsen, und studiert an der FU begeistert Soziologie im Master. Runa kocht gern, liest Bücher, erkundet die Stadt oder lädt Freunde nach Hause ein. Kiyoka (36) kommt auch aus Japan, ist super lebensfroh und ist oft mit Freunden unterwegs. Kiyoka ist sehr open-minded, genießt das Leben, bringt auch mal spontan gern Freunde mit nach Hause und kocht häufig leckere Dinge in der Küche. Anton (27) arbeitet und studiere an der FU Berlin im Bereich Politikwissenschaften und forscht begeistert zu chinesischer Politik. Anton fährt sehr gern Fahrrad, lernt Fremdsprachen, oder ließt Bücher, und ist die meiste Zeit an der Uni. Wenn er zu Hause ist lässt er gerne auch mal seine Tür auf. Ab und zu kommen uns auch unsere jeweiligen Partner*innen besuchen, die wir jeweils auch schon lieb gewonnen haben.

Because of its size, our kitchen is also our living room, as it is quite large and we have a nice sofa here. We meet up here from time to time and cook or eat together, or run into each other and chat as the mood takes us. At the same time, we are also in our rooms from time to time and of course we don't disturb each other there.
We are looking for a proactive, fun-loving, communicative, somewhat experienced and tolerant person who would like to live with us for a few weeks. 😊
We are:
Gabriel (27) is very warm-hearted and, after his FSJ, has started training as an educator in Zehlendorf, which he really enjoys. Gabriel grew up in Bolivia. Runa (24) grew up in Japan and is enthusiastically studying for a Master's degree in sociology at the FU. Runa enjoys cooking, reading books, exploring the city or inviting friends home. Kiyoka (36) is also from Japan, has a great zest for life and is often out and about with friends. Kiyoka is very open-minded, enjoys life, likes to bring friends home spontaneously and often cooks delicious things in the kitchen. Anton (27) works and studies political science at the FU Berlin and is enthusiastic about researching Chinese politics. Anton enjoys cycling, learning foreign languages and reading books, and is at university most of the time. When he's at home, he likes to leave his door open.
From time to time, our respective partners come to visit us, and we get along really well with each other's partners.

The rent includes all utilities such as heating, electricity, internet, water. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be so practical if you have guests staying with you for longer.
Please write something personal and elaborate a little on the ad so that we know you're serious about us. And please write your favorite food at the beginning (unfortunately there are far too many copy-paste requests) ;)
