Das Zimmer ist 20qm² groß und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Bett, ein Schrank, eine Komode und ein kleiner Tisch. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten und auch das Internet.
Direkt vor der Tür fährt ein Bus der in 10 Minuten am Zehlendorfer Bahnhof ist. Von da aus hat man mit der S1 Anbindungen nach Potsdam und ins Zentrum. Ein Rewe ist fußläufig zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad kommt man zum Lidl und Denns. Es ist eine sehr ruhige, familiäre Gegend.
Meine jetzigen Mitbewohnerinnen ziehen Ende März aus. Es ist also quasi eine Neugründung.
Wir sind keine Zweck WG. Ein harmonisches Zusammenleben ist mir sehr wichtig. Kochabende, gemeinsam Dinge unternehmen wäre schön, natürlich wenn die Zeit da ist. Lange Gespräche in der Küche sind auch immer gut :) Ich backe sehr gerne, es wird also regelmäßig was zum snacken geben. :)
Ein Videocall reicht aus, wenn ihr nicht aus Berlin seid. Sollte es möglich sein, würde ich mich natürlich über ein persönliches Treffen freuen.
