I’m moving out of my room in Studentendorf Schlachtensee at the end of June.
The room has 9.33 qm and 395.85€ warm per month. Deposit is 750€.
There are four other people living in this flat, with two bathrooms and one fully equipped kitchen. There is very good eduroam wifi.
You have to be a student matriculated at a berlin university to move in here. This studentendorf is very international and it’s very easy to make friends. There is also a gym, a laundromat, a small studyhall and a club in the Studentendorf.
Aldi, Edeka, Bio Company and a pharmacy are 2 min away.
Bus Stations for line 118 and 112 are nearby. Other connections are S1, S7 and U3.
The neighbourhood is relaxed and quiet.
Because I’m moving out, I don’t really care who is moving in after me. You just have to show basic human decency and like I said before, you need to be a student.
