A room is available for sublet for a month (August) in Zehlendorf, Berlin. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony available. There is an extra room which we use to store our stuff and dry our laundry. You are free to use it as well.
I'd make sure that there's storage space for your stuff if and when you arrive and you'll be free to use the utilities that we have in the flat. Washing machine, Wifi, Dishwasher are available.
Ramsteinweg, Zehlendorf. The bus station is at 5 mins walk from the flat and S1 Zehlendorf is 13 mins by bike. There is bike and car parking available. Rewe (100mt) and Aldi (700mt) are the stores nearby. There are several parks that are nearby. The neighbourhood is quite calm, FU, lakes like Schlachtensee and Krumme Lanke are pretty nearby.
You'd be sharing the flat with one more person. We are both university students and use are doing uni or other stuff during the day and are at the flat usually in the evenings. It's important for us that the future tenant be clean and follows the cleaning schedule and maintains a cordial atmosphere.
