Für das freie Zimmer in meiner neuen Wohnung suche ich noch den passenden Mitbewohner zu Januar. Ich bekomme die Schlüssel Ende Dezember und man könnte danach Besichtigungen durchführen, den Mietvertrag unterschreiben und eine Schlüsselübergabe machen. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Wohnung sind fürs Erste unmöbliert.
Ich ziehe erst Anfang Februar ein, weil ich mein Praktikum noch beenden muss und bringe dann allerlei Zeugs für die Wohnung mit (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Thermomix, Internet, Besteck, Geschirr...).
Wenn du katzenfreundlich, entspannt, sauber bist und man mit dir auch mal abends ein Bier trinken (o.ä.) kann, dann melde dich gerne bei mir.
Der Mietvertrag ist mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung befristet auf ein Jahr.
