Hola,
We are renting our a small room from January 2020 for an unlimited time. 310 € everything included. The room has no furniture but the old flatmate has a bed and a matraze to sell for a good price ;) The apartment is located next to the trams station strassmanstr. and the ubahn station Frankfurter Tor. The sbahn is also nearby (Landsberger allee). The apartment is pretty big, we have two bathrooms and a nice kitchen. The big room has a balcony, which can be used to smoke.
We are Lucía, Alex and Diana. Diana and Lucia are students and Alex is a music manager. We like to do stuff together sometimes and watch films in Dianas room with her projector. Also, we like to drink sekt and mate in the kitchen and cook.
We are looking for someone that matches our personalities. Someone who likes to hang out but stil respects others privacy. Someone who is clean but not a clean maniac. Someone who likes to party but not in the WG. And of course someone who is friendlich, kind, open minded, creative and respectuf.
The new flatmates needs to speak english!!
