***Ruhiges sonniges Zimmer im Hinterhof****Januar bis Ende März

Das Haus liegt im Herzen von Kreuzberg. Nur zehn Minuten vom Kottbusser Tor entfernt. Du bist in einer Minute am Kanal. LPG, Penny und Rossmann sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir wohnen in einem Seitenflügel. Also es ist entspannt und ruhig.


The house is located in the heart of Kreuzberg. Only ten minutes away from the Kottbusser Tor. You are at the canal in one minute. LPG, Penny and Rossmann are not far away. We live in a side wing. So it is relaxed and quiet.

Wir sind eine Hausgemeinschaft. Das bedeutet wir teilen nicht nur die Wohnung sondern das Haus miteinander. Es gibt fünf Stockwerke und in jedem Stockwerk befindet sich eine Wohnung (immer zwei Zimmer). Insgesamt sind wir mit dir nur fünf Personen im ganzen Haus. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein Büro und ein Musikzimmer. Die sind aber von der Hausbewohnerin aus dem dritten Stock angemietet. Außerdem ist hier ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit Badewanne. Die kann jeder aus dem Haus benutzen, da es sonst in den einzelnen Wohnungen nur Duschen gibt.
Im ersten Stock wohnt eine Person. Im zweiten Stock wohne ich mit meiner Mitbewohnerin. Im dritten Stock wohnt eine Person (schon seit 30 Jahren, die Hausälteste :) ). . Der vierte Stock besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einem Bad. Das eine Zimmer bewohnt mein Mitbewohner. Das zweite Zimmer funktioniert als Gemeinschaftsküche. Das klingt jetzt erstmal trubelig, aber die Küche wird nur von mir und meinen Mitbewohnerin mitbenutzt. Die Haubewohner aus dem 1./3. Stock haben sich eine eigene Küche in ihr Stockwerk gebaut.
Im fünften Stock befindet sich ein großer Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine und viel Platz um die Wäsche aufzuhängen. Außerdem ist hier unsere Terasse. Hier kann man sehr gut abhängen. Den ganzen Tag Sonne bis ca. 18 Uhr. Sehr entspannt.

Was ist uns wichtig?
Wir sind keine Party-Wg. Wir wollen es gemütlich und ordentlich. Also das Zuhause ist unser Tempel. Wir wollen das sich jeder wohlfühlt, Ruhe finden kann und das respektvoll miteinander und mit dem Haus umgegangen wird.
Wenn du gerne Besuch hast ist das natürlich in Ordnung, aber es wäre schön wenn nicht die ganze Zeit Halligalli ist.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich sind Azubis. Also oft müde und hungrig und freuen uns nach Hause zu kommen und zu entspannen. Wir lieben Essen und Kochen. Ich würde uns schon als kleine Gourmets bezeichnen. Wir würden uns freuen wenn du auch ein Fan von gutem Essen bist!
Alle im Haus sind generell beschäftigt mit ihren Berufen., Projekten, Ausbildungen... Oder auch mal weck auf dem Land oder zu Besuch im Norden. Also manchmal ist das Haus sehr ruhig. Wenn wir uns über den Weg laufen, dann meistens auf der Terrasse oder in der Küche. Ich will eigentlich nur damit sagen, es sollte für dich okay sein oder auch gewünscht das es hier ruhig zugeht. Natürlich kommt es mal zum gemeinsamen Essen oder Grillen auf der Terrasse.


We are a house community. That means we share not only the apartment but the house with each other. There are five floors and in each floor there is an apartment (always two rooms). In total we are only five people in the whole house with you. On the ground floor there is an office and a music room. But these are rented by the housemate from the third floor. There is also a shared bathroom with a bathtub. Everyone from the house can use it, because otherwise there are only showers in the individual apartments.
One person lives on the second floor. On the second floor I live with my roommate. On the third floor lives one person (already for 30 years, the oldest in the house :) ). The fourth floor consists of two rooms and a bathroom. The second room functions as a common kitchen. This sounds a little bit tricky, but the kitchen is only shared by me and my roommate. The residents from the 1st/3rd floor have built their own kitchen on their floor.
On the fifth floor is a large laundry room with a washing machine and plenty of space to hang laundry. Also here is our terrace. Here you can hang out very well. Sun all day until about 6pm. Very relaxed.

What is important to us?
We are not a party-Wg. We want it cozy and neat. So the home is our temple. We want everyone to feel comfortable, find peace and be respectful to each other and the house.
If you like to have visitors, that's fine, of course, but it would be nice if it's not Halligalli all the time.
My roommate and I are trainees. So often tired and hungry and happy to come home and relax. We love food and cooking. I would already call us little gourmets. We would be happy if you are also a fan of good food!
Everyone in the house is generally busy with their jobs, projects, training.... Or sometimes awake in the country or visiting the north. So sometimes the house is very quiet. When we run into each other, it's usually on the terrace or in the kitchen. I want to say actually only with it, it should be okay for you or also desired that it is quiet here. Of course, it comes times to eat together or barbecue on the terrace.

Meine Mitbewohnerin wird in dieser Zeit auch nicht da sein und ihr Zimmer ebenfalls vermieten.
