Searching for a room in lovely WG from September/October

Hello!
I am Ala, I would like to move back to Berlin after two years in Leipzig and am looking for a place to stay. I am a Fine Arts student and will continue my studies at UdK starting from October. I'm into performance, theory and art - right now I'm experimenting a lot (film, writing, performance, drawing, ceramics, etc.). I also like to be outdoors, walking or biking, dealing with social/political issues and philosophy, reading, and being with my girlfriend. Since I lived in Berlin until 2021, I still have my circle of friends there.

I would be very happy about a WG that is a place for togetherness and at the same time a place of rest. For me, this includes a respectful approach to needs and curiosity for each other. In my last WGs I have always felt very happy if there was a direct and appreciative communication and one was aware of the other peoples' feelings and needs. I would love to continue this kind of living together. Maybe there will also be common interests or activities.
And: I need to live in a pure environment and love to keep the flat clean and tidy.

Ich bin Ala, ich möchte nach zwei Jahren Leipzig wieder nach Berlin ziehen und suche deshalb ein Zimmer. Ich studiere Kunst und werde ab Oktober mein Studium an der UdK fortsetzen. Ich interessiere mich für Performance, Theorie und Kunst - im Moment experimentiere ich sehr viel (Film, Schreiben, Performance, Zeichnen, Keramik, usw.). Außerdem bin ich gerne draußen, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad, interessiere mich für gesellschaftliche Fragen und Philosophie, lese und bin gerne mit meiner Freundin zusammen. Da ich bis 2021 in Berlin gelebt habe, habe ich hier noch meinen Freundeskreis.

Ich würde mich sehr über eine WG freuen, die ein Ort für Zusammensein und gleichzeitig ein Ruheort ist. Respektvoller Umgang mit Bedürfnissen, Wertschätzung und Neugier füreinander (und für Freunde / Bezugspersonen) ist davon ein großer Teil. In meinen letzten WGs habe ich mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt, wenn es eine direkte und wertschätzende Kommunikation gab und man an den Gefühlen und Bedürfnissen der Anderen teilhaben konnte. Diese Art des Zusammenlebens würde ich gerne fortsetzen. Vielleicht ergeben sich ja auch gemeinsame Interessen oder Aktivitäten.
Und: Ich bin ein sauberkeits- und ordnungsliebender Mensch und freue mich, wenn gemeinsam Verantwortung übernommen wird.
