Looking for Relaxed Flat Share 6+ Months

Hi everybody. My name is James Tignor.

A little bit about myself: I am a hard working, respectful, 26 year old from the US currently studying audio engineering (for commercial work in television and cinema) at Catalyst Institute here in Berlin.

I am extremely cleanly around the living space. Not to the point of being a "clean freak" but I will always clean after myself :)
I am an extroverted introvert - meaning: I enjoy time to myself and can often be found in my room reading, painting, working on mixes (Strictly on headphones. I do not own, nor plan to own any form of loud speaker) or sleeping after a long day of class and biking around the city. Simultaneously though, I am extremely personable, and I would love to develop a positive relationship with you during my tenancy. Of course I never want to expect more out of somebody than they are willing to give, so if you consider yourself an introvert and like to cook, clean and hang out on your own, I am more than happy to uphold your peace by being respectful of your lifestyle! But if you enjoy hanging out over dinner, having a chat in the shared living room space or kitchen, catching a film or going out to a park/restaurant/bar together, I'd be more than happy to!

My classes can span from 8.00 to 21.00 almost everyday of the week and on the weekends I enjoy sitting in the park, exploring new areas of Berlin and meeting friends for food. I'll likely be out of the flat for most of the day during the week and when I am home you can count on me to be respectful of your space no matter what. I'd consider myself an incredibly easy person to live with because I value communication, respect and peace in our home.
